I think that's wrong. These are not made in Japan, they are not sold there, they were not designed there and so forth. Model origin USA seems correct to me. |

Deciphered CA plate 5KHB431 is a 2005 Solara on bar.ca.gov, last tested on October 1st, 2011. Trim level badge by passenger tail light looks to be short enough to say 'V6 SE'. |
