 after studying the hydraulic mechanism I can safely say this is a FIAT FL-Series nothing else comes close and didn't find any CAT which uses similar one

 It could be a Massey Ferguson MF 400.
The rear wheel is full, has a single wheel to support the track.

It is MF, stupid of me cos honestly I didn't check for MF I did for other more well known producers, CAT, International , Komatsu, Allis Chalmers, Fiat , some german and french producers etc [:kiki]
