The style of windshield suggests a date of late 1920s but it is unusual to see suicide rear doors with that style of handle on an American car of that period. It might be a Pierce-Arrow. Something similar here - http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5089/5346874549_68f9964c1b.jpg - but not exactly the same. It might also be a Packard from about 1926-7 but we can't be sure without seeing the front of the car.

Thanks for the extra thumbs. The style of the radiator says it is an early twenties car. Dics wheels mean it is a second series and the hood looks too short to be an eight. It looks to be a 5 rather than 7 passenger so it is a 1924 Single Six model 226 tourer. I think it has had its windshield replaced with one from a later model.
