The same book gives two infos for some reasons. In chapter they say it was prototype, but description, below the the pic, says it was produced between 1915-1919. I think it was proto anyway. EDIT: According to book "Traktory i kombajny PRL" one prototype was built beetween 1915-1918. So we stay with year 1919 (acc. to book "Ursus" from 1978) or 1918. -- Last edit: 2018-02-28 16:20:28

EDIT: According to book "Traktory i kombajny PRL" one prototype was built beetween 1915-1918. So we stay with year 1919 (acc. to book "Ursus" from 1978) or 1918.
