Same or different ones. -- Last edit: 2012-05-29 20:23:59 |

I assume main is testing picture - no bonnet stickers/numbers and only the driver. If the thumbs are the 1972 Bandama Rally, the story is fairly surreal - there were no finishers http://pcallais.free.fr/rallyeretro/bandama72.html . The entry list was also rather strange - including some Simca 1100s, Chrysler 180s, Renault 16TS, Opel GT, Escort 2.6 litre, and a French prototype Triumph TR5. |

This was about women in rallies. If shots weren't mixed from different editions, it will be 1973 Bandama - /vehicle_394382-Datsun-180B-SSS-KPL610-1972.html Such Datsun with this number was in 1973. -- Last edit: 2011-04-26 23:44:10 |

By the door handle, 1975+. N°28 is Dacremont-"Ganaëlle" with a 120hp Gr2 504 in 1975 Rallye de Côte d'Ivoire |

Ops, I was thinking to much about 1973 and didin't notice this rather well visible handle. So years and pic description were mixed at one French rally forum, as linked Datsun was listed there as 1973 Bandama. Or here they used shots from different events... |

1973? Anything of the 1973 Rallye du Maroc included? |
◊ 2011-04-27 23:08 |
Christine Dacremont, driving this 504, is a famous french Driver, same generation as Michele Mouton (born in 1949, Michele Mouton in 1951). Unfortunately, women in rally are now rarer than previously |

Anything to do with 12th place, #30 Pierre Pagani/Jean-Claude Refuveille Volkswagen K70? |
◊ 2011-04-28 11:42 |
You got it! And there had annother K 70 participated there. Unfortunately until now I've found only two photos, kindly shown in the French forum http://www.forum-auto.com/sport-auto/theme40/sujet378110-420.htm after my request. So I'm still looking for original magazines with pictures and articles about that For my collection this counts more than virtual stuff on the harddrive (though I'm also thankful about that, too) |

Then maybe she had a different number in 1975? After small research on this subject (I admit, I knew only Mouton before), I see, that in Peugeot with #28 sits rather a Marianne Hoepfner. Or did I mix them? -- Last edit: 2012-05-29 20:25:14 |

I wonder if any other single page created anywhere by anybody discusses the rallying exploits of the Chrysler 180, Simca 1100, VW K70 and Renault 16TS. Imcdb pushes back the frontiers of knowledge yet again .... I'll save the team of Hillman Huskys in the 1959 East African Safari for another day. |

AFAIK not - while strolling around the www on the hunt for such things, I've discovered IMCDB some years ago Two guys in the mentioned French car-forum contributed the two photos, one has even mailed them to me, but that was indeed all. Time by time I'm checking eBay, if maybe some old car- or racing magazines, which are including articles, concering this event, are to get, but in fact this is all... |

A propos Peugeot 504: when I'm making my spinal-disc-training in the fitness-gym, this poster is hanging besides the gym-machine Link to "cgi.ebay.de" |
