Lord Elpus ◊ 2023-09-17 13:09	The shop in the photo is Steabben butchers, which is now an extension of the pub called The Eight Bells, and the shop on the right is Hankin and Son drapers, which closed in 1962 The scene, as it happens, is not in Brighton at all, but The Broadway, facing Fore Street in Hatfield.
