V8Rich ◊ 2019-01-01 18:28	I’ve just seen this film for the first time in years and have looked up the halftrack because it intrigued me. I have found that the turret is a wooden mock-up with a Browning M2 machine gun. This was added for the film and was not found on any original halftrack variant. The biggest problem with the information I’ve found is that the halftrack is being called an International Harvester M3. The M3 was a White / Diamond T / Autocar variant. This is clearly an IHC vehicle so must be either an M5 or M9.
