I don't think any of the suggestions so far, nor Anglia 105E or Cortina Mk1 which I've toyed with as well. But I think it's an original and unusual colour - no sign of different paint underneath. Early Opel Rekord??

Until the link photo, I thought there must be a front grille, but I can see how it's a panel. Key Skoda matches are wingtop chrome strips and central bonnet line, plus chrome trim curve below headlamp.
