I think it's a deleted/alternate scene in the bonus section. Apparently they came out with a new edition. |

Those are released in the US as "Unrated" versions although most of the time it's just like five seconds more of breast shots. |

Probably a '77 like it says. Could be a '78 (hard to tell on a black car from the rear). Wrong tail lights and rear bumper for a '79 - '81. It also appears to be an S/E from the German style lettering and gold pin stripes on the rear. |

and based on the fact the car behind it has circle taillights and no spoiler, i'm gonna say thats a 70-73 camaro, not a firebird or T/A. the foreground car is definately a 77-78 bandit T/A |

Yeah this is set when Dennis is released from hospital and takes his first drive with Leigh to get hamburgers. In the book it's where Leigh first sees the ghost of Roland LeBay In the film Dennis and Leigh are in his Charger kissing when Arnie pulls up behind them, as Christine goes past Dennis opens his car's door and it tears off Christine's chrome side trim. It's one of the deleted scenes on the DVD. |
