But (only based in those previous Ads.) GMC's hoods looks they lack of any emblem on them and, in the picture, the hood gets a strip in the center of it and some emblem in the top-front of the hood, like 1940 Chevrolet in http://www.classiccoe.com/oldcoetrucks/3947.htm (scroll down 1/3) or this other one I got from http://www.flickr.com/photos/lonestar1836/favorites/page3/?view=lg (scroll down 2/3)=BTW very good Ads. of vintage vehicles in this last link. nzcarnerd ◊ 2011-03-26 20:29	It is certainly one of the variations of the same model of that era. The same body was used by both GMC and Chevrolet for several years. I can't really pick enough details to be sure.
