 This is a Volvo FL6.14/Saxon water tender ladder, registration H373 BTP and also saw service in ITV's London's Burning as Blackwall's E441 with plate of LL51 ZNU (in season 14) and other registry’s to appear as different apparatus. It is owned by Pudding Lane Fire Co, a film vehicle rental company. It also appeared with the LL51 registry in other episodes of Golden Hour.

 By the grille, decall and bumper, the one in the main image can't be a '90, at least it'a a '01+ MY, the last evolution of the old FL6. Same here: /vehicle_317457-Volvo-FL-6-1996.html
