Hard to believe they would make an error to THAT degree.

Also, that does not look like a '39/'40 Ford. Isn't that the edge of a fender-mounted headlamp housing I see just below the guy's elbow?
Fords of that vintage had the lamps integral with the fenders.

The dark car appears to be a 1938 Oldsmobile Six Coupe [F-38].

Very short scene. No other view of either black or blue car. I also never noticed both cars in any earlier episode or season. A blooper is possible, but I don't think so.

Definitely a blooper car on the right - certainly late 1960s maybe Camaro or similar. Yes the black coupe is a late '30s GM model.

The black car, at least the front looks like a Buick like this

and the rest looks almost like the Studebaker Champion we have (see thumbnail) and I'm not sure if the thing under the elbow belongs to the car. It could be a case of a musical instrument, see sign of the house.

Could the blue car perhaps be the backside of a vehicle?

There is no doubt the black car is a 1938 Olds. Definitely the front of a 1967 or '68 Camaro on the right.
