This car is definetly an E30 325i Cabrio US-spec. Before 1991, the only US E30 cabrio had to be a 325i. That was it. This is a `88-`89 325i Cabrio. |

If you pause the screen on just the right frame right at the beginning of the shot, you can actually make out the California vanity plate that reads "1-OOLALA". According to DMV smog records, this was a real plate! It was last smogged in 1997 on—you guessed it—a 1987 BMW 3-Series. |
