This is not a Corsa, it is a car produced by GM for the Mexican market called the Chevy, which looks almost the same as the Corsa but is smaller. |

Smaller than a Corsa? I would say what you see here is based on the same chassis as the European Corsa variety. They took the 5-door model and made it a mini limousine by adding a trunk. /vehicle_41718-Opel-Corsa.html /vehicle_15365-Opel-Corsa-1993.html If there was something smaller than a corsa at Opel/GM, you could perhaps silence your ears with your knees while steering the car from the back bench. Of the old, more cubic, Corsa, there was a limousine model called Corsa TR that looked rather ugly and was available in Europe. It was selling best at very old people. I 'll never understand what made my brother buy such an insult to the eye as his first car... /vehicle_17134-Opel-Corsa-1984.html I have to admit that at first sight I took the car in this picture for some variety of the Toyota Echo... |

The front of the "Chevrolet Chevy" is different, so I confirm that it is a "Chevrolet Corsa". At the time I added that picture, I verified that on www.chevrolet.com.mx And about the Corsa, I do not like it either |

This car's origin is not American (It's not even sold in the US), it's sourced from the Opel Corsa, so it would be German. |

yes (all Chevrolet got US by default, there are maybe others to correct) |

In Mexico the Corsa sedan is sold like Chevrolet Monza. You are correct, in Mexico it is sold as the Chevrolet Monza. -- Last edit: 2007-08-13 23:06:43 (ford_guy) |

It was not entirely developped by Chevrolet Brazil if they used the Opel Corsa as basis. |

the brazilian Chevrolet Monza is a Opel Ascona In Brazil, the car on this foto is an Chevrolet Corsa Sedan, he's still produced with name "Chevrolet Classic". Shortly it will be replaced by the Chevrolet Prisma (a Chevrolet Celta sedan) Chevrolet Celta is a car developed by Chevrolet Brazil (as just antp says) and also know as Suzuki Fun in some countries.... -- Last edit: 2007-09-02 20:48:08 |

This car is a 2004 Chevrolet Corsa Classic. And it's originary from Germany, because it's based on the Opel Corsa B hatchback. |
