The Cleaver family car, their first, used throughout the show's first two seasons. It plays an especially funny role in ep. 1.17, about Beaver's and Wally's paper route:

...and in 1.25 Beaver breaks the front seat passenger side window:

I see a black model in the backround, this car was also featured in Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho. It served as the second vehicle of Marion Crane: /vehicle.php?id=19592

Are you saying this is the same model as the Psycho car or the precise same vehicle?
If the exact same, where did your info come from?
(Sad to think of the Cleavers' car winding up at the bottom of a swamp behind the Bates Motel!)

Not so sure if it's the same car used in Psycho - this one has a different license number, full wheel covers, and a trailer hitch.

The license plate doesn't matter, it's a prop anyway. The wheel covers and trailer hitch are a good point, though, and keep in mind this car was very common in the late 1950s. On the other hand, prop masters also switched around car parts a lot, including hubcaps and trailer hitches. And "Leave It to Beaver" and "Psycho" both shot at Universal and "Psycho" started shooting about the time the Cleavers stopped using this car and switched to a Plymouth. Personally, my jury is still out.

Beaver actually lived in two houses because LITB was shot at two studios. The first was at Republic Studios (The Ford Years) and later at Universal Studios (The Chrysler Years).
