 Hmm, here it's to discuss, if origin Brazil would be correct. The bumper is the only visible part, which is not identical with the German 32B-Passat, rest. the combination of the new-style bumper (1985+) with the pre-facelift body.Here it's not question, this is definetely origin Brazil: /vehicle_369663-Volkswagen-Santana-Typ-32B.html For reference, here a pic of a 1987' version: http://img826.imageshack.us/i/img0005ajl.jpg/ One of the last real GT, not the similar looking special edition "Trophy" or "Trend", VW has released in 1987 to get rid of the old model before the 35i was coming. "Trophy" and "Trend" were originally basic 1.6-liter standard versions with some goodies, like the GT-style plastic trims along rocker panel and wheel arches. The GT had the 1.8 liter-engine of the 1983+ Golf GTI, a harder and lower suspension and sport-seats. |

1987-1990 by the turn signals/bumper/head lamps. Edit: just found out the 1990/1991 models were in fact this body style. The 1991/1991 was the novo santana. I found a 1990/1991 model and the plate came back 1991. -- Last edit: 2020-10-04 21:21:33 |
