Maybe a bit stupid question, but was this Diesel-version also built in Germany? I remember, that they were a very rare sight back in the 70ies, compared with the fuel-versions.

And can anyone identify the coachbuilder? The converson looks indeed West German, but I cannot remember a Camper on Transit Diesel-base :think:

This grille design was also used when 3-litre petrol engine fitted, which was common for camper conversions (in UK at least).
