the picture quality of this video was so poor..I can't make out if this is supposed to be a line of Tanks/armoured cars.? ..or some kind of Barrier/armoured wall..? |

Most image programs allow to resize picture. Some (like Paint Shop Pro) allow to enter a ratio (so if you put 100% width + a ratio, it computes the new height). Correcting the ratio is easy when picture is uncut, as most of the time it is a standard value (1.33, 1.66, 1.85, 2.35). That's also why I usually suggest to not crop pictures, and take the whole scene  In this case, I am not sure that the aspect ratio has to be so heavily modified, as for other pictures it seems good (or nearly). My image processor allows me to increase the image size, lighten up those [most of them] that are too dark and play around with the contrast button until sonme of the details appear sharper. |
