Chevrolet, possibly a Bel Air |

I know it's a '57, and it looks like you might be right about it being a Bel Air (although I imagine in reality, 150s and 210s were more common as taxis). |

Ya, because I thought those hood ornements were Bel Air trademarks? I am not 100% sure though, because the Bel Air Nomad also had them. |

I was thinking more the trim on the rear side of the car, but the hood ornaments could also be Bel Air specific. |

The Hood Ornaments came on all 1957 Chevrolets, this is a Bel Air |

You can see the 3 finger indentation on the fender without the chrome finger do indicates 1957 Chevrolet Two-Ten. |

As much as a Bel Air wouldn't have been used, at least they didn't use a Checker Marathon (since models before the Marathon/A11 are exceedingly rare). Plus Los Angeles never really used Checkers much. |
