1987-91 Ford F-150.

I believe it is 4x4 due to the script under the headlights.

I also believe it is Lariat trim form

That's actually an EFI badge. If you notice, the front wheel hub does not have either the protrusion with the manual lock dial or the automatic locking hub which was advertised as such.

The trim name is XLT Lariat.

Fuel injection was said to have been available on the 7th generation Ford F-Series (1985, optional & 1986, standard) with it being standard on all redesigned 8th generation Ford F-Series pickups (1987-onward).

This allowed Ford Motor Company to nudge General Motors from being the first automaker to introduce fuel injection on a full-size pickup truck. Chrysler was the last to introduce an electronic fuel delivery system on its pickups.

If I'm remembering right, it had DRLs. What year did those become avaliable/standard?

@Terra - Do you have a shot like antp's thumbnail? I'd like to see that compared to the 2nd thumbnail.

https://911filmcars.com/our-inventory/pc30-ford-pickup-2/ I'm 99% certain this is the same truck. Both are in British Columbia, both are debadged, and have the same paint scheme.

DRL , so yes, 1990-1991
But it was decided some time ago that due to the increase of DRL use in US , they wouldn't be a reason for CDN specific market anymore

DRLs aren't mentioned anywhere in the US-Spec brochures for this time period.
I'd say made for Canada, due to the fact that it was a mandated safety feature.
