In addition to his '01 VDP S/C, my dad still has his '06 SV8 Portfolio, in the exact same Black Cherry color as above since late 2005. His last XJ, the more mediocre 2009 Super V8 Portfolio, lacks all the extras of the 2006 model(no 2+2 executive-seating). Then again, the '09 MSRP was apparently much less than the USD $120k+ of our 2006 and not as distinctive looking in Astral. He may never let them go, considering how the X351 looks and from what I've seen of the recent Whitley design proposals for the X360 successor. For those who liked to accuse the X350 of not being "modern" and too "retro", this outshined the likes of the pre-facelift W221 and E66 LCI and commands more attention than any of the cars in my family's stable.
