 CC-684-FM which should be 2004. I can't find a working Italian plate site on the double right now.

 Yes, currently there are some problems in getting plate information. This is the official plate site: https://online.aci.it/acinet/calcolobollo/index.asp#inizio-pagina but now it asks for the region in which the owner of the car resides (even if sometimes it works randomly :think:)..and the app "Targascan" has first stopped giving VINs, then information for many cars (not all). Now I'm using the app "Veicolo" which doesn't give VINs but it works quite well, especially with newer plates, whereas it has some problems with older style ones.
Anyway, CC is 2002-03 ;)

Edit: strangely no information for this one, even if it's still on the road..
