The new badge came on the 1969+ F, but high placed license plate light holder and yellow paint only came later: R. Is this Giallo Thaïti (1973+), Giallo Pechino (1974+) or Giallo Tufo (1975+) ?

It looks to me a "giallo tahiti" (code 276) car which was actually available even on the 500 F and 500 L since November 1972, than appeared on the 500 R between November 1972 and November 1973, when it was superseded by "giallo senape (code 278), called previously "giallo Pechino" on the Autobianchi A 112. In the early summer of 1974 this was superseded by "giallo tufo" (code 246) built untill the end of the production in August 1975, and later on the Fiat 126s and 127s untill April 1976.

If the first two digits of the plate after the two letters CT, are 32 this is a car registered in the summer of 1973
