The package included the outside tire carrier, sunroof among other things but those two are visible here indicating the package. We know it is an SE by the rear wiper arm so the only thing out of place is the wheels and that is the easier thing to replace here. That tire cover being added is an 8 hour job which I don't think many people would do. It isn't a simply bolt on process. Here is the write up someone did over a decade ago.
