 on dirait un de ces NEOPLAN Cityliner (conduite à droite, bien sûr!) livrés sur H-Kong à l' époque ?

 Why not? Many West German vehicles were exported to Hong Kong, also models (even brands), which weren't sold to other countries in Asia.
