They are on a road or driveway (?) overlooking the side of Steve's mansion where the Aston Martin and Jaguar are parked (295 N San Rafael Avenue). Except there isn't any road overlooking it as you can see on Google Maps:

They're not all the way at the end of Manford Way because there is a slight hill there in the way. The only thing I can think of is possibly they are on in the driveway of the other house on top of the hill or possibly they are using a green screen? If they are in the driveway of the other house it doesn't line up well.
