Looks like it. The triple chrome strips denote it is a Custom version. They were standard on the Land Cruiser models but optional on others. I am not sure we can determine if it is a Commander or a President. |

I go for a 1941 Studebaker President Skyway Land Cruiser based on what is visible of the trim :it has a small chrome spear behind the headlight on the front fender.My documents do not show this on DeLuxe Commander Land Cruisers with the belt line sweep spear and equipped with the chrome strips. |
