Yes, F-model in the 2.7 RS "look" and a 930 3.0L "look" Wing (but its not a RS, turbo impossible), the bodywork looks quiet good an RS like, but due to the lots of chrome I say it's even not a 911s |

 The first 912 was made until Summer 1969. Ths car is a later one. And the US-spec 912 E was on the market only in 1976, so "912" is wrong here anyways. |

I agree with the year and agree that it's a 911 (not 912), but by the modifications of the car its not possible to say for sure that it is a 911s |
