The GSA has never had these hubcaps, it would have had a black (not chromed) fuel cap, bigger bumpers indeed, and a slightly different shape of the tird side window (though not easy to distinguish). As are the hubcaps. Bumpers are however GS also. Mirror surroundings are black, as on GSA, striping looks GSA too. However I am not 100% sure either.
