When searching with several search engines, the IMCDb seems to be the only place in the web world to call it a Townsman. I don't know it's accurate name (nor if it has one), but with these wheel rims it looks more like a modified medium-duty truck than like a modified Town Panel  By the way, why a 1962 model year?
