Yes, and I don't see a steering wheel or a dashboard on the left hand side, so I presume this is a Japan-spec model. And from what I see on the japanese Wikipedia, that slanted rear end was specific to the Vanette-derived Nissan Largo, chassis code GC22. Link to "ja.wikipedia.org"
