Or Austin ... FG, and I'd settle for BMC.

Morris-Commercial name was dropped in favour of Morris in 1952.
These trucks had so many names in their long life you could do a university thesis on them.

Austin 1960-1968
or
Morris 1960-1968
then BMC 1968-1970 ,
then Leyland 1970-1982? .
Not to mention the French market Willeme badged ones ! don't know what date these were sold

The biggest version of FG (9ton gross FG900) always had a longer bonnet for 6 cylinder diesel.

Then there was the 61-68 FM specially made for GPO with a longer bonnet (wider than the FG900's) and engine moved forward to fit in three seats.

I think the chrome bar across the grill has some significance.

The chrome bar appeared on the Austin first in 1960

The Morris had a quite different grille (but later took the Austin style in about 1965).

JCB wrote Morris-Commercial name was dropped in favour of Morris in 1952.

I guess the Morris J-type van is the best example of the change? This needs to be updated for the FG.

So if filmed 1969 at very latest , chances are this is a Austin ?

Filmed between August '68 by the Vauxhall Cresta also seen and early '69 so Morris is also possible and BMC is just about possible. However as you say 1960-1968 Austin is most likely.
