Someone made a great identification. It is a FJ25, however someone has added a headlight surround (bezel) from a later model FJ40. This hides the three horizontal bars in the grille unique to the FJ25! |

I'm not sure this should be down as 1955. That was when the FJ25 was introduced but was produced for varies markets for many years. Seeing as the film was shot in Central America it could easily bee a much later (locally produced) model with updated grill. |
