:-) this small wheels and the hupcaps say this is a 1971 BMW 1600 Touring
(i ownd two 1802 Tourings with following fin numbers! and one Touring tii)

 The name change would match the facelift which put bigger rear lights on the saloon 02. Therefore all 02 tourings would have the later front grille styles??
