 [W108] with SEL-wheelbase. The suspension looks not W109-like from this angle.

 What do you mean Ingo to deep? The 300 SEL was availible with air suspention...

 Yes, and this makes the 300 SEL also to a W109. W108 with air suspension are W109.

For me it's just a vague, not neccessary true feeling, that it looks more like a W108 than like a W109.
