Number plate housing below bumper makes me think Vauxhall Chevette (unless the Kadett [C] City kept the same body pressing??). Poverty spec version, whether Chevette or Opel. |

Yes same body pressing. Vauxhall had design responsibility and supplied panels to Opel. Only difference was actual number plate location - Opel above as here (n/plate light above bumper). |
