And these plenty of cars under the wipers or in the door-edges we know, too. They were distributed by the used-cars-export-dealers (usually Lebanese Mafia-clans). "Cash for your car immediately. 24 hours-picking up-sevice" etc. I've seen older Japanese cars (they are most wanted), where the owner presents at least 20 different dealer's-cards in the inner side of the window. Very annoying it's for drivers of old Benzes. In the specific town-areas the were nerved by these guys everytime, they leave their car in front of a Döner Kabab, a supermarekt and so on. Some have made own posters "No, my car is NOT for sale" - but often this doesn't help either.
