The 1956 listing: "Two Estate Cars (station wagons) debuted this year based on the Anglia and Prefect chassis. Both had a squarish, trucklike profile. The Escort front end and grill was identical to that of the Anglia, while the Squire looked like a Prefect from the front. The Squire also had hardwood bodyside trim and more chrome. Powertrains were identical to the Anglia/Prefect." POE prices were $1,585 for the Escort and $1,695 for the Squire. The Squire lasted until 1960 with no significant changes, the Escort until 1961. Would this one be the Escort instead?
