DynaMike ◊ 2010-09-09 12:31	But also in your link you can see that the 1954 version has a different side trim: at the front it touches the (differently shaped) wheel arch, then it slopes downwards and with a sharp edge it goes up and forewards again; the rear side strip is quite short. On the 1953 model the straight horizontal fron side strip is a bit higher than the top of the wheel arch, \___ shape of the rear side deco is exactly what we see here. Only teh extra stone guard isn't well visible here, but I'd say that's because of the angle we look at the car...

After the handle of the door, the line in 53 looks more 'plain' and with some 'moulding' in 54. The driver vent window is triangular shaped and almost rectangular in 54. I think these two points are in the car of the picture...
