 I take it that SR was a trim edition - possibly a limited edition?? Black rear panel normally the sporty S version, but Ford sometimes put it on poverty/economy trims as well. If SR was proper edition, did it get the spoiler as well??

 :??: @dsl: An 'S' on a car with a 1.3 engine and that awful gear ratio they had? Even for Norway that's odd. But, there were many strange results of the oil crisis of 1973.

For the trim level, I suggest you take another look, as the 'SR' mentioned above was the production date (or month, actually) taken from the chassis number.

@admin who added 'SR': Flease remove 'SR' from heading as it is not a trim level. You may want to keep the 'S', though - see @dsl's comment above.

 Have removed SR as it's not a trim. I don't really expect a 1.3 S existed, but a boy-racer 1.3 is also an odd thing to become someone's pride and joy.

 An 'S' would also have black bumpers (these are not), a black trunk opener (don't think this one is) and black door handles (out of sight) with a (black) stripe along the lower sides of the car.
