 Per VIN delivered February 27, 2001 in 'Schwarz 2' with black leather interior. It's referred as a US-market one - does that mean the plant or the specification?

 Plant is Spartanburg, but also made for the US market. This is a model only built in the US, isn't it

On the other hand, items such as colorless indicators, retractable headlamp washer nozzles or a rear foglamp would make it a Euro model, I guess

 It would be newer (2002+?) but still made in Spartanburg. They changed the WMI code from Germany to US for BMWs originating in the US.
