This is the 1967 Frua design proposal on chassis AM112.001 - one of three commissioned from also Bertone and Vignale, with the Vignale design being selected for production. The auction description is correct - it sold for $170,000 USD at the Scottsdale Auction in 2010. Details from http://www.supercars.net/cars/4767.html .
