Actually it's a : the cop will take the turn and go to the foreground car and ask the driver (an undercover policeman, but the cop can't know) to move. To me, it can't be a police Meguro; probably a lighter Honda. |

It is a Honda - a CA77 61+ (tubular handle bar), one of the kind Japanese police used to order in the early 60s. |
