I think this is the prototype for a police-purpose only car by an U.S. company named "Carbon Motors Cooperation". It is called E7 and scheduled to go into production by 2012, equipped with BMW diesel-engines. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbon_Motors_Corporation |
