Where was this filmed? What was it called there - Cortina or Taunus? |

What a plate does it have? The back is visible here: /vehicle_310844-Simca-1100-1968.html |

Seems like theres no frontplate. This is closest backplate i found. Does anybody remember some trademark like "Lovers"? Or what they'd thinking of |

Sovietish? Finnish maybe? - but had Finland some black plates in the mid-70ies? The plates are shorter than the old Polish ones (but isn't a Taunus [TC2] too new for them, too? ) Ooough, or is the first letter an Scandinavian "A" (with the ring on it - sorry I'm unable to change my keyboard). Then it could be from the Aland Islands. Or a Aland-fake. -- Last edit: 2010-06-18 18:58:38 |

It does look like the older, black version of the Finnish temporary export plate, one letter, three numbers and the validation date on the red part. But I've never seen a Finnish driver rallying something like this, a four door TC2 Taunus, and it looks very civilian, too, does it even have a roll cage? |

Thats not the real racers. They are actors in role of the British race team. |
