 So L002 LAM plate appeared on a 95 model /vehicle_98214-Ford-Transit-Ambulance-1995.html
But this is /vehicle_384225-Ford-Transit-Ambulance-1991.html which has the plate L002 LAS?

I think they're just mucking about with plate combinations from the props basket. But looking at the few links you've put in, the pictures look to me more like LD02 than anything else. L002 and LOO2 can't exist; LB02 could, but whatever Lx02LAx combination (=2002) throws up a year that's out by quite a few years. L802 LAM (Swindon) and L802 LAS (Inverness) could have applied as 93-94 format plates, but in both cases were not issued.

So they're all witchcraft designed to create chaos and confusion. My suggestion is to run away quickly .....
