If you looks at the pics of the ZIS here - http://www.autogallery.org.ru/zis5.htm - you will see that the engine hood is separate from the windscreen frame whereas the pic above has a curved line fron the hood to windscreen frame so it is a GAZ AA - 1943 or later with the flat fenders.
