No, this was still considered part of GM's "B-Series" line of school buses. However this generation (starting 1992) was only sold to Blue Bird as part of a deal between Blue Bird and GM.

They did share the Kodaik/Topkick hood, but notice the "Blue Bird" badge on the side where the GM/Chevy Topkick/Koadiak badge would be on a truck.
