It could be a WC-56 with a frame extension and a winch addition. Since WC-58s are relatively rare I'd say there's a better chance of it being a WC-57. Identification of restored vehicles is not reliable.

This is a Dodge WC57. The wc57 has winch, the WC56 and WC58 does not.
