 1968-71. it is certainly not a very early one for the shape of the boot.

 I don't think there is any differences to the boot and as far as I know the painted grill came in 1971 so not a 1971.

 The painted grille arrived ain late 1971, so it is considered a '72.
In this picture You can see the taillights cornering ad the fenders' edges, that make this a '68.
